ellen I saw this on my bike ride down California Ave (between Division and Chicago) just yesterday and thought to myself, “that’s great the the Norwegian Hospital is putting in a garden.” But low and behold, it’s a community garden with plans for about 100 plots!!! Take a look at their blog, join them if you live in the neighborhood. Monarch Community Garden‘s work days are:
- this weekend, May 7th and 8th 10am-4pm
- next weekend, May 14th and 15th 10am-4pm
Now you can have a garden!
