Delicious and troublesome. Introduced to us from Europe, dandelions were brought here to provide food for imported honeybees. Most people find them pesky. They’ve got a long tap root, so get a dandelion weeder to pull them out of the ground. If you let the composite flower go to seed, you can expect many more yellow buddies.
