With warmer weather coming, it’s time to introduce your seedlings to outside. Do this gradually. Start with a few hours in a shady spot and continually increase the amount of sun and time they get over a four or five day period. After the fifth day, transplant (dig hole, add compost, and plant) or keep outdoors. It’s best to do this on a partially cloudy day. Water and continue care. Vacationing house plants that spend the summer outside should get the same treatment to slowly adjust them to differences in temperature, humidity, and intensity of sunlight.
